I Wrote a Book (and It Might Be Exactly What You Need Right Now)

After turning forty, I found myself standing in a place I never expected to be. Tired. Disconnected. Unmotivated. My health was struggling, my energy was low, and I had completely lost sight of who I was. Somewhere between caring for everyone else and trying to keep life afloat, I had forgotten how to care for myself.

That moment became the beginning of a new chapter. Literally.

I’ve written a book for women like me. Women who have spent years giving to others. Women who wake up one day and think… what happened to me?

This book is called The KISSED Method: Keep It Super Simple Every Day. It’s the guide I wish I had when I was feeling stuck, anxious and unsure how to move forward.
