Bite-sized videos, real talk and a little sparkle. One Minute Wellness is your daily dose of calm, clarity and connection. Each video is posted to social media and gives you a practical prompt or simple insight to carry through your day. It’s not about being perfect. It’s about showing up.

What to expect:

  • A new one-minute video posted regularly on socials to keep your wellness simple and doable.
  • Real-life reminders to pause, breathe and reconnect. No fancy routines or pressure to keep up.
  • Monthly Zoom sessions where we go deeper into the month’s themes, spark fresh insights and answer your questions.
